We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented QA Testers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by performing assigned testing responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify, report, and resolve issues. Strong communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role. Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and test cases.
Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Work with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing testing activities.
Ensure thorough regression testing for software updates and new feature releases.
Maintain clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Continuously seek to improve testing processes and methodologies.
1-3 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in software development environments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or similar.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with performance and security testing.
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages for test automation.
