We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Scrum Master with 2-3 years of experience in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Scrum process for development teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and practices. You will serve as a servant leader, helping teams remove impediments, improve their productivity, and continually enhance performance. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure teams follow Agile principles, practices, and Scrum processes.
Help teams identify and remove impediments that block progress.
Support the product owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
Encourage collaboration between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders.
Track team performance and provide regular updates on project progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and other feedback loops.
Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict and facilitate resolution.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
