We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader with expertise in Flutter and mobile app development to lead our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development, with significant experience in Flutter and Dart. As the Team Leader, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will mentor team members, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to best practices in mobile development.
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers working on Flutter-based applications.
Oversee the end-to-end development process, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure the timely delivery of mobile applications that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and a superior user experience.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks or challenges within projects to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in mobile development practices and encourage innovation within the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly in Flutter and Dart.
5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2-3 years working with Flutter and Dart.
Proven experience leading a team of mobile developers in delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of mobile app design principles, performance optimization, and cross-platform development.
Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance to the team.
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
Experience with mobile app testing and deployment to app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).
Knowledge of mobile backend services such as Firebase.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, OpenProject).
