We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with expertise in Python, ERP systems, and FastAPI to lead our backend development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, ERP implementation, and building APIs with FastAPI. As a Team Leader, you will manage the technical direction of projects, mentor your team, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet business requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of developers working on ERP solutions using Python and FastAPI.
Oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of backend systems and APIs.
Ensure the timely delivery of ERP and API solutions that meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and ensure the team remains updated with new technologies and trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the team and ensure projects align with business goals.
5+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on ERP systems and FastAPI.
Proven experience in leading a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, data structures, and workflows.
Proficiency in building APIs using FastAPI and experience with other frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Experience with database management, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to guide the team through technical challenges.
Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
